Free shipping in Greece
✔ For all orders within Greece, shipping is free of charge.
✔ Deliveries are made via ELTA Courier (door-to-door) or DHL, depending on your location.
✔ Delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on product availability and your location.
International shipments – Europe & America
✔ Europe: Shipping costs are €20. Delivery is made via DHL Express within 5-7 business days.
✔ America: Shipping costs are €40. Shipments are made via DHL Express and arrive within 7-10 business days.
✔ All shipments include a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.
Shipping time & order tracking
✔ After completing your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your order in real time.
✔ Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, customs checks, or delays by transport companies.
Failed deliveries & returns
✔ If your order arrives at its destination and there is no one to receive it, the courier company will make two additional attempts on the following working days.
✔ If delivery is not possible, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to find the best solution for resending it.
✔ If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to receive it, additional costs may be charged for resending it.

Fill in the Refund Form with your IBAN, bank name, and beneficiary. The refund will be completed within 20 business days.

For discounted products, a €3 charge applies. For items from the New Collection, shipping costs are covered by the company.
