Return Policy

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

1. The purchase must have been made exclusively through our online store (www.gatsos.gr), either online or by phone.
2. The product(s) must be in their original condition, with no special markings, such as protective covers, tags, or labels, removed.
3. The return package must include:
   1. The Return Form, fully completed.
   2. The Retail Sales Receipt.

Alternative return options:

A. Product Replacement

Our company will do its best to replace the product you have returned. Please:

• Enter the code(s) of the product(s) you are returning.
• Enter the code(s) of the product(s) you wish to receive as a replacement.

Once we receive the returned products, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new products and proceed with their shipment. Please note that our company does not reserve new products before receiving the returned items.

Transportation replacement costs:

• For discounted items, shipping costs are €6.00 and will be charged to your next order.
• For items from the New Collection, shipping costs are borne by the company.

B. Refunds

Για την επιστροφή χρημάτων, παρακαλούμε συμπληρώστε στο Έντυπο Επιστροφής τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία:

1. IBAN
2. Bank Name
3. Beneficiary Name

The process is completed within 20 business days from the date of receipt of your return.

Shipping Costs for Refunds:

• For discounted items, the shipping cost is €3.00, which is deducted from the total refund amount.
• For items from the New Collection, shipping costs are borne by the company.

Important: If you choose to use a different shipping company than our partner (Speedex), the shipping costs are entirely your responsibility and must be paid directly to the shipping company.
