Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, documents, and packaging.
- The withdrawal statement must be submitted in writing or electronically, with confirmation from the company.
- The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The company is obliged to refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the product.
6. Disputes and Responsibilities
In cases of force majeure (e.g., strikes, bad weather conditions), the company is not responsible for delays in delivery. In case of loss or incomplete delivery, please contact Customer Service.
